It provides technological solutions for high quality and secure means of payment, to facilitate connections between financial institutions, businesses and consumers throughout the value chain.
Needs
The client requested the replacement of its current monitoring solution (NAGIOS) with a new converged monitoring platform using Zabbix to improve automation and incident prevention.
Solution
A Zabbix platform was implemented to monitor thousands of hosts and health metrics.
A solution in Grafana was also implemented with dozens of dashboards for measurement.
Results
The client went from a licensed scheme to an open source model with evolution capabilities.
The monitoring tool was fully integrated with a real-time messaging alert system.
