Needs
With the objective of enhancing the user experience—both internally and externally—the company sought to implement a Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI)-based solution to optimize the use of its Place Analyzer tool.
The challenge was to transform property links and descriptions into richer reports, with relevant and personalized suggestions for each client.
Solution
Through its AI Center of Excellence (CoE), Nubiral developed a Proof of Concept based on GenAI that allows sales advisors to generate enriched and personalized reports from the data provided.
The solution was deployed on AWS, with an interface accessible through a web portal, integrating prompt improvement features, link uploads, and contextual analysis.
Results
A conversational tool based on Generative AI was achieved, capable of generating accurate, contextualized recommendations according to the property information. This strengthened the sales process, providing greater value to advisors and improving the overall experience delivered to end clients.
