Needs
With the goal of improving operational efficiency, the client needed to implement a Proof of Concept (PoC) for Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) to automate internal document management.
The solution had to allow employees to make natural language queries on specific content related to Spare Parts, Commercial, and After-Sales areas, based on an initial set of approximately 500 documents (3 GB). I
n addition, the possibility of scaling the solution to end customers in future phases was considered.
Solution
Nubiral designed a Generative AI-based solution using cognitive services deployed on Azure.
A conversational assistant was developed, capable of interpreting and answering questions in natural language by accessing internal documents through an API.
The interface was implemented both as a web application and integrated into MS Teams, focusing on the defined content for this first phase of the PoC.
Results
The solution automated queries about key products and processes, streamlining access to information and reducing the time employees spent on repetitive tasks.
The system was designed with a scalable architecture, ready to incorporate new documents and extend its use to external customers in future stages.
