Needs
The client needed to automate the processing of documents in various formats (PNG, JPEG, and PDF) up to 2MB in size.
The objective was to implement a robust and secure solution that could process this documentation through APIs, maintaining data quality and facilitating integration into internal workflows.
Solution
Nubiral developed a set of seven specific APIs to process different types of documents.
The solution included the configuration of OCR systems and processing models trained to maximize accuracy.
Advanced security measures were implemented through AWS API Gateway and Web Application Firewall, including authentication via Bearer tokens, whitelists and blacklists, and TLS 1.2 encryption.
In addition, Nubiral assumed operational management of the solution with an 8×5 support scheme and guaranteed response times.
Results
The company achieved effective and secure document processing automation, with high levels of accuracy in information recognition and extraction.
Nubiral provides continuous support, corrective updates, and a monthly consumption report, ensuring the proper functioning of the solution and facilitating the administrative management of the service.
