It consists of a real estate portal and a CRM for real estate agencies.
It is part of Grupo Quinto Andar, the largest housing platform in Latin America, offering a direct, simple, and transparent experience to those looking for a place to live and have a home to rent or sell.
With a presence in Argentina (Zonaprop, Bumeran), Brazil (Imovelweb), Mexico (Inmuebles24, Bumeran), and 5 other Latin American countries.
Needs
When detecting anomalous conditions in the platform’s metrics, it is pertinent to carry out certain verifications and escalation. Since it is a 24×7 platform, these conditions can occur during «out of office» hours.
That is why Navent sought to complement its L1 platform support during these hours, in a coordinated manner with its internal team to reduce the Mean Time To Response to incidents and, consequently, Downtime.
Solution
Nubiral created a managed services model for Navent based on the sensorization of its platform, allowing the generation of early notifications from which the pertinent action plans could be taken for each case.
