Automate the process of deploying servers and services.
Solution
Build a proof of concept (PoC) under AWS with Jenkins, Terraform, GitHub and Ansible to build a service deployment flow and be able to trigger processes to other clouds (Azure) and contemplate on premise.
Results
The process of provisioning infrastructure, which used to take 12 consecutive days, has been significantly reduced to just 2 hours thanks to the implementation of automation.
Additionally, there has been a 98% reduction in errors associated with infrastructure provisioning, which was previously done manually and is now carried out automatically.
