Within their business portfolio, they offer a subscription and on-demand rental service for movies, series, documentaries, and concerts, available to watch on any type of device at any time.

Needs

Claro Video set out to evaluate its warehouse and multimedia content object management system, focusing on file types, sizes, and the capacity of the current Isilon storage system.

The goal was to identify suitable AWS S3 storage classes for different types of media.

Solution

Nubiral successfully carried out a migration to the AWS cloud to modernize its multimedia content management infrastructure.

File types and sizes were evaluated, and appropriate AWS S3 storage classes were identified.

The migration phase, led by Nubiral, focused on ensuring minimal downtime and maintaining data integrity, addressing specific challenges.

The migrated media was integrated and optimized in AWS, utilizing services such as AWS Media Services and AWS CloudFront.
