About the Client | An insurance company with a presence in several countries across Latin America.
Problem | Over the past few months, infrastructure consumption has grown excessively, and security breaches have been detected. The client is seeking the implementation of an automation solution to reduce manual work, human error, and data collection time, as well as the ability to have dashboards for decision-making. The goal is to update the On-Premise servers where the Business Intelligence tool and other databases are installed, potentially evaluating the replacement of the current architecture, reducing platform costs, democratizing information usage, and automating the information cycle as much as possible.
Nubiral Solution | We propose to develop a Big Data environment on the Microsoft Azure cloud, enabling the complete flow of the client’s Business Intelligence operation. Azure Networking provides the connectivity and scalability the client needs without the necessity of building or managing it down to the fiber level.
Results | The client achieved a 300% improvement in response times, driven by the automation process, especially in data collection. Furthermore, there is now complete independence of the BI department from the end-user areas, as they have the freedom to consume information in various required formats.
