Based on the analysis of employee experience through a 60-question survey, Nubiral achieved a 93% satisfaction rate across all statements.

The objective of this measurement is to recognize the quality of the organizational culture created by various companies, which are evaluated based on employees’ opinions about their experiences of trust and the achievement of their full human potential as part of the organization. In this regard, 98% of Nubiral’s talents stated feeling welcomed when joining the company.

These aspects are broken down into five dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie, which are reflected in the daily experiences of all employees regarding the company’s values, people’s ability to contribute new ideas, and the quality of leadership.
