Buenos Aires, April 2025 – For the fifth consecutive year, Nubiral, the global technology company specializing in innovation and digital transformation, has been certified as one of the Best Places to Work™ in Argentina 2025.
Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, ranked the company 10th in the national list of companies with up to 250 employees.
The 23rd edition of the ranking reflects emerging trends in the world of work, highlighting companies that have successfully adapted and created positive experiences for their teams. This year’s focus was on organizations leading in workplace culture, trust, and employee well-being.
Maximiliano Giacri, co-founder and CEO of Nubiral, stated:
“We are very proud to be recognized by Great Place to Work® once again. For Nubiral, this achievement not only strengthens our employer brand—attracting and retaining top talent—but also boosts productivity and reinforces a strong sense of belonging among our teams.”
To create the ranking, companies were evaluated based on their organizational culture, with a focus on equity and the experience of all employees—regardless of role, function, or demographic profile. The assessment also considered the company’s ability to consistently provide positive work experiences throughout the organization, promoting innovation, inclusion, and sustained business success.
In that regard, 95% of Nubiral employees consider it an excellent place to work, surpassing the 85% industry average. Additionally, 94% expressed feeling deeply proud to be part of the organization.
Fernando Zerbini, co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Nubiral, added:
“Our value proposition is people-first, focusing on professional and personal growth, and on talent—constantly innovating and rethinking what more we can offer. At Nubiral, every team member leaves their mark, and that reflects the vision and culture we strive to create and share with those who work with us.”
Carlos Alustiza, CEO of Great Place To Work Argentina, commented on the certifications:
“Companies recognized this year, like Nubiral, have shown that investing in a culture of trust and collaboration not only positively impacts their teams but also their business outcomes and society as a whole.”
Through surveys and analysis of business practices, the ranking measured five key dimensions: credibility, respect, fairness, pride, and camaraderie. According to the organizers, the 2025 edition revealed growing trends toward flexible work arrangements, empathy-driven leadership, and strengthening workplace culture as strategic pillars.
Each year, the company reinforces its vision of becoming a market leader—demonstrating that a strong organizational culture and a focus on people development are key to its success.
