Buenos Aires, May 2024.- Nubiral, the global technology company specializing in innovation and digital transformation, has been certified, for the fourth consecutive year, as one of Los Mejores Lugares para Trabajar™ in the country. In addition, Great Place To Work®, the global authority on workplace culture, ranked it fifth on the list of Los Mejores Lugares para Trabajar™ for Women in 2024 in Argentina.
After also being ranked seventh in the Los Mejores Lugares para Trabajar™ in Technology 2024 list, Nubiral is now recognized for its progress in terms of equity, leadership, and workplace well-being. Currently, the technology company has 28% of its workforce comprised of women, with 20% in leadership roles. Additionally, they offer benefits designed exclusively for women, as well as inclusive benefits for all members of the organization.
Fernando Zerbini, Co-founder and Chief Strategy Officer of Nubiral, stated: “We are very proud of this new recognition. The path toward a more equitable world is no longer an option, but a decision that must be made if we want to create better workplaces.”
Great Place To Work® recognizes organizations that are committed to closing the gender gap in the workplace and promoting equal opportunities. “Companies leading in equity are showing the way and demonstrating that when people of all genders are valued and treated fairly, the entire organization benefits,” said the entity.
This ranking was compiled based on the opinions of more than 106,000 employees from 309 companies that met the eligibility requirements, of which only 50 made the list. To determine Los Mejores Lugares para Trabajar™ for Women, Great Place To Work® invited organizations to have their employees respond to 60 survey questions describing the extent to which their organization creates a Great Place to Work For All™.
In this case, the eligibility criteria for participating in the ranking included being a GPTW Certified organization (having achieved at least 65% favorability in the Trust Index® – Climate Survey) and having at least 20% of the final workforce comprised of women.
The total score received by the company is based on the results obtained in the 5 components of the model: trust, maximizing human potential, values, leadership, and innovation. By comparing men and women and, in turn, with the general labor market, key insights were revealed regarding the progress achieved and the challenges that remain in the pursuit of true balance.
“This recognition is a source of pride for Nubiral. We will continue to reflect and prepare for the challenges that come with creating more equitable spaces. It is important to promote safe work environments where everyone can show up as they are and thus reach their full potential. Inclusion is one of our core values, and we live it daily,” said Mercedes Lopez, People and Culture Manager of Nubiral.
Carlos Alustiza, CEO of GPTW, added: “In an increasingly competitive business world, being included in this exclusive ranking is a testament to the vision, leadership, and innovative practices that Nubiral has adopted to create an exceptional work environment.”
Based on these metrics, Nubiral hopes to continue positioning itself as a leader in this field, with a committed team and a culture rooted in trust, respect, and collaborative work for everyone.
