About the Client
Addoc is an Argentine company that provides information technology solutions, offering its clients a proposal focused on intelligent document management and administration. Its portfolio of services combines solutions for information management such as document storage, file digitization, cybersecurity, digital receipts, electronic signature and softwares for workflow automation.
Challenge
The client’s objective was to optimize their current document intake workflow manual load, and to improve the experience of their service providers to simplify the adoption of digital channels. At the same time, Addoc wants to collaborate with the administrative tasks that were being extended due to typing errors or erroneous document uploads.
Solution
An Intelligent Document Processing solution was implemented in conjunction with Machine Learning models allowing to recognize documents, classify them according to their content and autocomplete the required fields automatically. If a document is entered for the first time, the user is asked for a one-time validation of the information that will then be taken in subsequent processes (self-learning).
Results
The user experience was improved by minimizing repetitive data entry tasks, reducing human mistakes and therefore, reducing the average time of file management by 70%.

About the Client
Challenge
The client needed to develop a search tool that allows subscribers (judges and lawyers) to quickly and safely access historical files, being able to filter them according to the subject matter. It also wanted to have a database that stores the relevant information extracted from these files.
Solution
A complete solution that includes the development of a web interface with a search engine was implemented. Through it, the user could access the various historical files previously processed by an Intelligent Document Processing tool to extract relevant content and store it in a database.
Results
It was possible to develop a fast and efficient tool that allows the different users of the Judicial Branch to access historical files through a search engine, improving their experience.
