Present in over 200 countries and territories with a network of 750,000 providers and 39 assistance centers. It serves 62 million active users, employs 5,000 assistance coordinators, 7,898 employees, and has 44 correspondents.
Its travel assistance services are constantly updated and always tailored to consumers’ needs.
Needs
The client has an On Premise Datacenter and, due to the Covid-19 pandemic, no longer has on-site staff.
The core of the business is based on a PABX with agents who handle service requests. Because of this, the client requested a monitoring platform that will take care of not only IT resources but also environmental resources and the PABX.
Solution
A Zabbix stack was implemented along with Grafana, integrating Zabbix with their VMWare solution.
Additionally, the status of PABX trunk lines from various providers was monitored, along with UPS and Chiller equipment.
Results
After the solution was implemented, the client gained a comprehensive overview through Grafana graphs and could anticipate remote agent complaints, reducing call center volume by approximately 30%.
Additionally, they were able to prevent equipment loss due to the malfunction of a chiller.
