Needs
The client is seeking a partner to provide a package of professional services specialized in implementing Moodle 3.11. They aim to create a new structure encompassing infrastructure and configuration of the Moodle platform from end to end.
With the aforementioned requirements, the following items need to be addressed:
1. Upgrading to a new version.
2. Migration of existing courses.
3. Configuration using best practices for all involved elements.
Additionally, ITSON wishes to delegate the administration and support of the infrastructure to focus solely on configuring resources within the Moodle platform. Therefore, they require:
– Support and maintenance of the installed Moodle solution.
As a final point, the ITSON team wants the partner to provide training and knowledge transfer regarding the Moodle platform to cover all the necessary knowledge for operating the “Virtual University.”
It’s important to highlight that the platform is intended to be hosted on the Microsoft Azure cloud, and the partner should establish the best scenario to achieve a robust and solid solution for the “Virtual University.”
