It is recognized as the first fully digital bank in Argentina.
Needs
The Bank’s Marketing sector needs to obtain real-time information from its customers in order to segment and offer targeted products according to their online behavior. It is needed to obtain the information from them instantly in order to capture their attention and generate a more positive experience.
Solución
Nubiral proposed the update of the current data model, which had an offline or batch processing perspective, towards an online perspective, where user behavior and information generation can be captured instantly and redirected to be analyzed by the research team. Various data transformation products offered by the Microsoft Azure cloud were used.
Products like Azure Data Stream and Event Hub for cataloging and redirecting events. The data model continues to be of offline or batch processing but adds a differentiation towards online consumption data, which if redirected towards the online consumption model, to guarantee immediate access to them and carry out targeted campaigns requested by the business.
Results
The Marketing sector of the Bank used to obtain the information of its clients after 8-12 hours of offline processing, with the segmentation capacity of the data model provided by Nubiral, precise information is obtained from the client almost in real time for processing and analysis. What used to take 12 hours now takes no more than 15 minutes.
