Unified Platform and Collaboration at Scale: We migrated more than 10 critical repositories to GitHub Enterprise Cloud, consolidating systems into a centralized environment. This eliminated silos and enabled seamless, secure collaboration for distributed teams across Latin America.
Automation, Security, and Governance (DevSecOps): We implemented over 30 CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions to automate the software lifecycle. GitHub Advanced Security (GHAS) was integrated for proactive code scanning, secret detection, and dependency analysis, strengthening security from the very start of development. Infrastructure was standardized as code (IaC) with Terraform, ensuring consistent and reproducible environments.
