Needs
The client needed to integrate OpenAI with Microsoft Teams to facilitate querying of PDF documents stored in Azure.
The goal was to allow users to perform natural language searches on these files, improve access to information, and ensure agile document management segmented by country and topic.
Solution
Nubiral implemented an MVP that integrated OpenAI deployed in Azure with a conversational interface within Microsoft Teams.
The solution enables administrators to upload and query PDF documents, including functionalities for adding and removing documents, previewing, classification by country and group, and contextualization of responses.
The entire ecosystem was designed to be scalable and easily manageable.

A more efficient and accurate query experience was achieved directly from Microsoft Teams.
