Needs
When detecting anomalous conditions in the platform’s metrics, it is pertinent to carry out certain verifications and escalation. Since it is a 24×7 platform, these conditions can occur during “out of office” hours.
That is why Navent sought to complement its L1 platform support during these hours, in a coordinated manner with its internal team to reduce the Mean Time To Response to incidents and, consequently, Downtime.
